What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by MBWAY, Easypay, Paypal, Visa e Mastercard.

Where do I enter the promo code?
Promo codes are applied in the checkout process.
Discounts cannot be applied after the order has been placed and discounts are not possible to combine.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes granted it is no later than 14 days from the day you received your items.
Please note that the items are your liability until they are safely received back at our warehouse. The returned items must be in perfect condition, should not have been used, handled, or washed, or have any damage, and must be returned with original tags, packaging, and a return invoice.
The refund will only be made after confirmation of the condition of the products, and will always use the same route for which the payment was made. In case of payment by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account or card and immediately available.
