Missuna and www.missunahome.com (hereinafter also referred to as the “Website”) are provided and owned by Luís Gil Leite Martins Pereira, with the registered address Rua Ana Lopes Correia, 31 – 1º, Pevidém, 4835-303 Guimarães, and tax number 212021079.
These sales and delivery conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all purchases of goods on the Website. Please read our Terms and Conditions of Use carefully.

Missuna will do its utmost to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Website and that transmissions will be error-free. However, this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet.
You are responsible for evaluating the information and content provided on the Website.
Your access to the Website may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. Missuna will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
Sales terms
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which Missuna will not be responsible. Please see our notice for further information.
To contract with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Missuna retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
If your order is accepted, Missuna will inform you by email and confirm the identity of the party with whom you have contracted.
When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to Missuna are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
The cost of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Order confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between us will not be formed until Missuna sends you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched to you.
Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Shipping
All products purchased from the Website are made according to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If you have received your Order Confirmation email but your products have not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and Missuna will do its best to assist.
Please note that during exceptionally busy periods, such as Christmas, or when weather conditions are particularly severe, additional delivery time may be required before raising a query.
If your order has not been received within the expected time frame, please first check with your local mail delivery office to confirm that they are not holding your parcel.
If they confirm that they do not have your products, please contact Missuna.
Shipping costs will be added where applicable.
Returns and refunds
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days after delivery.
The right of withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product(s).
Missuna is not responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning a product. The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer and will only be refunded if the return is due to our responsibility, for example, a defective product.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, must not have been used, handled, or washed, must not show any damage, and must be returned with the original tags, packaging, and return invoice.
Refunds will only be issued after confirmation of the condition of the returned products and will always be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
In the case of payment by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account or card and will be immediately available.
Customs
When ordering products from the Website for delivery outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied once the package reaches the specified destination.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, as Missuna has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Missuna will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Pricing and availability
While Missuna tries to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this Website are accurate, errors may occur.
If Missuna discovers an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, you will be informed as soon as possible and given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
If Missuna is unable to contact you, the order will be treated as canceled.
If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
The prices quoted on this Website are final prices, including VAT.
Missuna is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates used by your bank or credit card company when charging in your country’s currency.
Stock levels are subject to availability. Missuna does its best to ensure that all orders are packed according to the requested quantities and styles.
If any item becomes unavailable during order processing, Missuna will inform you as soon as possible. Orders may then be placed on hold or canceled.
Orders will otherwise be packed and shipped according to our normal procedures.
Missuna will make every effort to deliver all products you have ordered in a timely manner.
Payment
Missuna accepts payments by MB WAY, Easypay, PayPal, and Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Upon receiving your order, a standard pre-authorization check will be carried out on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed.
Your card will be charged once the order has been accepted.
Colors
Missuna has made every effort to display the colors of our products on the Website as accurately as possible.
However, as the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Changes
Missuna reserves the right to make changes to the Website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.

Guarantees and complaints
Our products are guaranteed at both national and European Union level against manufacturing defects for a period of two years, except where otherwise indicated.
Missuna guarantees the quality of the products sold on this Website under the legally established terms and will respond in the event of any lack of conformity.
However, Missuna must be provided with sufficient evidence regarding the product’s lack of conformity.

Complaints will be reviewed and answered within 15 days.
