All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the applicable price. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, within the limits permitted by law.
To purchase products or services available on this website, you must be at least 16 years old and use a valid and accepted payment method, including debit card, credit card, prepaid card or other authorized methods. By placing an order, you confirm that all personal data provided is true, complete and accurate, that you are the authorized user of the payment method used, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the total purchase amount.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell, for any commercial purpose, any product purchased through this website, nor to exploit any part of the associated services, without our prior written consent.
Shipping times may vary depending on product availability. Any delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control, for which we are not responsible.
Prices and availability
While we make every effort to ensure that product details, descriptions and prices displayed on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If an error is identified in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be automatically cancelled. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
All prices displayed on the website are final and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by your bank at the time of payment.
Products are subject to stock availability. We will make every effort to ensure that orders are processed correctly. If any product is unavailable at the time of preparation, you will be informed as soon as possible. The remaining products will be shipped as normal, and we do not hold or cancel partially fulfilled orders at this stage.
Order confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until Missuna Home sends you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract.
Shipping
All products purchased from the website are shipped under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If you have received your order confirmation email but your products have not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframes, please contact us and Missuna Home will do its best to assist. During exceptionally busy periods, such as Christmas, or when weather conditions are particularly severe, please allow additional days before raising a query. If your order has not been received within the estimated timeframes set out below, please first check with your local mail delivery office or delivery provider to confirm that they are not holding your parcel. If they confirm that they do not have your products, please contact Missuna Home. Shipping costs will be added where applicable.
Customs
When ordering products for delivery outside the European Union (EU), you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

By placing an order for delivery outside the EU, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country. Please note that international shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays related to customs clearance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, the way colors appear may vary depending on your screen settings, and we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the actual color of the product.
